I dont pinch them out as they naturally produce side shoots.
I notice you have posted the same question 3 times . You have to be patient for an answer as this is not a 'manned' site. :o)

It's probably not necessary, but may be helpful if you're trying to cover broad trellises with a few plants. If you are talking about Dwarf Morning Glory (Convolvulus tricolor), pinching shouldn't be necessary at all.
