When facing the front of my property, which fence line am I responsible for maintaining and replacing?

Answers
It used to be that you were responsible when the fence posts were on your side of the fence. I don't know how well that applies today and it is often better to do it as a joint exercise with the neighbour.

It differs from one property to the next. It will however be specified in your house deeds / on the Land Certificate.
