Hi, could you please tell me the best time to plant IPOMOEA PURPUREA BLACK KNIGHT MORNING GLORY. I have bought them on "indoors" from seed, and they are aprox 9" high.

These are, obviously, tender plants, so technically they shouldn't be planted outside until the end of May, when risk of frost is over. You will have to harden them off first whenever you decide to plant them though.
