Sorry about the lighting. I attached 2 more photos I hope they are clearer. I googled Sageretia theezans, it has glossy serrated leaves. Mine has leaves with smooth margin. Appreciate your help.

Unless I'm seeing the scale wrong, it looks like a Chinese Sweet Plum (Sageretia theezans) badly in need of more light.
