i have put some onion sets in half toilet rolls, while waiting for the soil to get drier,and warmer most have roots coming thru and some have sprouted from tips they have been kept on warm windowsill will the ones that have sprouted be ok to plant?

Answers
Onion sets do far better if you plant them straight into the ground where they will grow, even if this does mean waiting to plant them. Brassicas are a different matter.
