my corlaline which are 12 feet high hace been damaged in the frost all the leaves are falling off . Will they come back or will they have to be cut down They are 12 feet high at the moment HMK

Probably best to leave them for now until any signs of new growth appear. If they are still alive, they usually can shoot from the base and this resulting new growth will be relatively fast having a huge root system below ground.
