Well you can, but I'm not sure whether you mean pot on or repot, the latter meaning into the same size pot. If you want to put it in a larger pot, you should really rake out the rootball a bit to aid the plant to penetrate the new compost it'll be surrounded with, and that may well disrupt the flowering.
