I had my lawn treated by a company last year and developed patches of yellow /orange grass, they told me it would grow back but the grass isdead and can be liffted off ? they are now saying grubs have killed it what do you advice I cannot afford to have a new lawn I am pensioner

It sounds as if the company are trying to get out of taking responsibility for the problem, Spring. All I can think of is to rake out the dead bits, replace any soil and then seed the empty patches. Oh, and tell all your neighbours about this company.
