Unless the compost in the pots got frozen solid for longer than a week or so, they should be fine.

Bamboo, Mike's pots are likely to have been frozen,on and off, since early December - right, Mike? We have many plants and shrubs in a similar situation. They 'should' be OK. If the Buxus still has its leaves then it is OK as should be the fruits.

I guessed they would, bulbaholic, but as long as it wasn't longer than a fortnight each time, they'll probably survive!
