This will be the birch tree. My neighbouring nurseryman usually has this but, as he does not do mail order, this is unlikely to be of much use to you. There must be plenty of tree nurseries in Cheshire. Try Google.

Its latin name is Betula utilis jacquemontii, so you could try that on google and see which Nurseries stock it.

If you can find a specialist tree Nursery, all the better, as you can choose a named one - there are several with different growth habits - by which I mean a spreading one, a taller more graceful one, or a shorter stocky one. Some have very white bark, too. Once you've found a knowledgeable Nurseryman, they should ba able to advise you so you get the right one for you.
