Drooping Lilacs

I can't figure out why my Lilacs are drooping. These plants were transplanted from the pot early this May. now the drooping is spreading throughout the shrubbery. Please help. What causes this and how can I cure it??????

Looks like weedkiller spray to me too.

If you used Round-up of something to kill the weeds before you made the beds, your soil will be contaminated. It could also drift in as overspray from a neighbour or as ground runoff if it has rained right after use.

I haven't sprayed it with anything. And there are 3 other bushes doing the same thing. I'll try to change the photo so you can see.

Oh dear! You haven't been spraying weed killer have you? I think I would put at least one back in a pot and try to save it that way: digging one up might reveal any pests that have got in the soil, as well.
