When to water Mahonia x media

So how long must i wait for see the first seeds germinate and must i water everyday ?

Vous parlez bien l'anglais, mon brave! Je regrette que mon livre non dit pas le temps. I can't say the rest - sorry! Don't water the seeds every day - just keep the compost moist, or the seeds might rot. Adieu!
