exhibition leeks have gone to seed to early
if i cut the seed head off will ir shoot another one up ?

No idea but I have a beautiful "arrangement" of leek flower heads which are unusual and wonky shaped and have lasted for ages so at least you can enjoy the flowers if you do cut hem off!
