Cucumber or squash?

This is a little embarassing but I'm not sure what seed I planted a cucumber or squash. Well what I thought was cucumber, had a bunch of male looking buds not quite starting to flower but for two, and today I come home from work to find three new buds that have that bump behind it but it doesn't look like another cucumber I have. the bump is a nice yellow with a green crown. now I just wanted to make sure this is a squash right ? I wish I knew how to put pics on here.

it sounds like a squash to me. so it is still a case of wait and see.
