Why is my wisteria not growing?

I bought a wisteria last year, it survived the winter (a good start for me!) and I thought that it would really get going this summer. However, it doesn't seem to have grown much at all. Do I need to feed it or do they all take a long time to find their feet?

Drought! Was that the 2 day summer we had!
It looks healthy so I'll leave it for now. Thanks

I'm assuming its in the ground - did you water when we were in drought earlier this year (distant memory now, of course). They do take time to get going, so as long as the foliage is healthy, I wouldn't worry too much. Don't feed it now, it's a bit late in the year.
