Lining a crate?
Ive got a wooden fruit crate and would love to plant veg or flowers in it. Any advice what I could line it with though?

I have done this before with an old plastic bag that had contained potting compost.

Line the crate with polythene, make sure it has drainage, put in the bottom a layer of rolled up newspaper. Fill with compost, firm in. Try growing whatever you like. It is better to have the crate outside.
