Thanks David! This will be the first winter outdoors for them, that's why I did it, but I don't think we will have to do the same thing any more. Maybe the musas will be hardy enough next year :)

They are beautiful plants. What age are they?

We bought them, 3 plants in pots, on 17 Sep 2009 and kept them indoors last winter. Then, we planted them out in May this year. They weren't very big at the time, nearly as big as my cat Lucy. Please see the photo when you have the time; I'm going to paste the link below:
