My unnamed red flowered camellia, photo taken from the pavement, looking into the front garden.

A good 2-3 weeks later than my C. "Donation" and the flowers are much smaller and tighter.

You are right Hb, if the bush is happy with the soil acidity the foliage stays glossy green. Would be better as a back-drop as the bush is dense, and casts shade over the surrounding soil.
