I think another cedar, maybe Holmstrup, which is supposed to bronze in the winter?

It's possible, but by no means certain, it could also be one of several similar cultivars that all look the same as young plants. Hetz Midget, not Hertz Midget.

These are growing in pots and have been clipped into spheres. Good evergreen foliage and ideal for framing a staircase or architectural features in a garden.
New shrub bought from Dallaskert on 5th March 2008. To live on terrace in pot to hide dustbin.
Small specimen bought in Bauhaus on 22nd March 2008. Planted in new conifer bed.
Pretty little Thuja. Bronze in winter, fresh green in growing season
