I am! Omg think a third one got out when I was at the shops and there is one still in there,,maybe more.
The 4th one was stuck in the hole and couldnt get out and the parent was making such a racket! So I climbed up and managed to get it back in the box I couldnt get it out its wee legs must have been stuck or something. I thought I had taken a video of it, but I forgot to press record!!!!!!!! Omg this is stressful..and i have housework to do lol!

Its hard to stand back as a parent and let your own offspring leave the nest but at least you expect them to come home if they need you. Its much harder to let nature take its course when we invite the birds in to our gardens to raise their young. Four is a small brood for blue tits. They may raise another brood and they will get better at it. We try to place our boxes where they can hop on to branches close to the nest. I hope the one the RSPB took survives.

Well they're were prolly more..I only saw 4 flee..but could have been more earlier on or when I went to the shop.
I dont know how many survived, the lone parent comes to feed here then flies away along the gardens to a big tree..hope they did. The Rspb didnt take any, I only phoned them for advice. Funny how they dont jsut stay in the box..its much warmer lol

Phew ! Pixi....You can relax a bit now :)

10 Jun, 2012

The first time we sat and watched our first brood come out they started at 7am. Once the first one came out the others came in fits and starts. I realised as I read on in other blogs that the RSPB had advised giving it sugar and water then to let it go. I hope it survived its adventures.

Yes Pimp..but I miss them :( Was hoping I would see some of the youngsters coming to feed. Maybe not ready yet..I jsut hope some survived!
Yes I think there had been more out before I got up! SHould have set the alarm!
Will let you all know if there is any sign :)
