Hi Jacque, when you plant these little lovelies STAND BACK.lol.
My friend gave me a tiny clump of these little beauties with the stippled flowers...I put them in beside my regular blue violets and they spread like mad!... in fact there is a pic on my page of early last spring...they are a mat of colour...and in one year.. if you have the right spot they make a lovely ground cover after they have stopped blooming...their little heartshaped leaves make a thick mat. They are scented too. terrific plant 0:) garden angels for you 0:)
