Yes, the deer love my garden, and last year ate most of my lily buds, before they bloomed. I call this deer, Lily, which comes every evening to my yard with her fawns to eat the bird feed on the ground and tip over the sun flower feeders with her head so the sunflowers fall to the ground.

I will try not to moan when squirels dig up my bulbs. Knowing you have deer's.

It's great that they become accustomed to your yard and accept your offerings so graciously. She is a beauty, aye?
My dad was one to plant for a frost, for a deer, for the bugs, and for us...
He grew corn and planted part of the back 40 in clover, and let the deer do the pruning on some of his trees.
