Went to Eastbourne a couple of weekends ago as my younger twin daughter was doing the Beachy Head Marathon. It was very chilly waiting for her to finish but we enjoyed a look round Eastbourne town centre and a lovely pub lunch! And yes - she did complete the course and enjoyed it!! Not my idea of fun!
