Repositioning of Boulevard Clematis ' Sarah Elizabeth'

I bought this about 3 years ago and originally planted it in the front garden border.It's growth was rather pathetic .There were a couple of very pretty,pink flowers.So I decided to reposition it and make use of an old manger.There is a little growth this year...this particular type of Clematis doesn't grow very tall.Will have to be patient and see how it does.
