Rhubarb!

Lovely

Crumble...Pie...or just plain rhubarb?....delicious.

I have 5 clumps... one is bolting already, the smallest one is ruby red and I picked a few but left the rest to enlarge, the others are older plants and like most of my garden were slow off the mark this spring. I have only the one which is the pretty red... the others are mostly green but ooola la...so delicious. on the clump that is bolting to seed the flowers are so lacy and pretty and the leaves at the base are huge...a real show~ a future post.

We've had one rhubarb crumble with ours so far Lori.
