I have been playing around with my camera, trying to get birds in flight. This is a seagull, although it is left out of the Azorian Bio-diversity list that the U of A has.

I have been doing some research, and this could be any number of birds such as a tern or albatross or even a shearwater. I just know I get a little nervous when they start flying overhead.

An Albatross glides a lot so watch for the gliding . Yes unless your a bird expert it would be hard to tell if I recall righly the Albatross has a bigger wing span. lol how come you get nurvous when they are flying over head is it in case they mess on you.

We have a lot of thermals, so just about all the birds do a lot of gliding.
