That depends I suppose on your point of view as it's only about 60cm/2ft tall from the pot to the highest tip! (My eye for the hight was almost exact - I just went out to measure it & it is 1inch under my estimate!)
Years ago I grew my own standards to over 3ft tall from pot to the start of the heads! I had the heads over the top of the balcony railings! Unfortunately the "once in a lifetime winter" of 2009/10 killed them! I haven't tried the same thing since.
