Daisy flowers.

They always remind me of my late Mother-in-law, a lovely lady, who had lots in her garden. She always called them Margarita's, I'm not sure if she was right.

That sounds right for the height, so Leucanthemum is no doubt right. Mum often got her words mixed up. She once asked us to take some rubbish to the council tip to put into the 'insinuator' lol!
