Will the Epi get enough moisture up there?

Everything on my lot is hand watered. Its a simple matter of spritzing them down when needed.
In California nothing we plant relies on rains only. So,hand watering is the most careful watering of all.

You would be surprised how these rainforest type plants..go all winter on no water from me...and grow great on once or twice a week spritz in summer...and what runs down waters the tree and plants under it. No waste.
