The little tree needs to be cut way back...I get a little far behind on pruning this tree.
Its my little banyon. This plant survived 1990's huge freeze and 24f lows. A will to live.

It looks like Schefflera arboricola. I had very large one in Fremont. I kept on having to cut it back it grew so quickly and got so huge. It's a super hardy plant...definitely hardier than S. actinophylla. Many large S. arboricola shrubs in the Dec. 1990 freeze (in the SF Bay Area) didn't get fazed or only the tops were burned.
