I love this beautiful primrose - I bought it last year from an old run down nurseries at Portmeirion in Wales it was at the back of an old green house - it was struggling to flower and unnamed I bought it for a song 50p I think!

Jane you are right a Belarina one called 'pink Ice' have grown it but do not think it around now.

Beautiful colouring and shape, so many layers of petals. Probably not the most bee friendly but I would certainly find a spot for it in my garden. If ever you find yourself with too many seeds......!
