What a bargain!

Barbara - I also had a £2 coupon so these two Roses cost me a quid! I have just spent an hour cutting down, then digging out an old Buddleia ... involved loppers, a saw and a very sturdy spade! Don't tell OH as I'm not supposed to do things like that ... lol!

Lol at you lot - Michael has returned to work so I'm able to work in the garden without being told that I've done quite enough for one day! Scarifying the lawn tomorrow - not all in one go ... :o)

Oh my, Karen ... with a machine or manually?

5 Mar, 2014

Good grief, if I didn't have a machine I'd be giving up just thinking about it! You doing it by hand?

5 Mar, 2014

Yes, with one of those fan-shaped lawn rakes ... the lawn isn't too big really. I shall do a few strips, have a break and do some more, steady but slow! :o)
