End-of-Spring in N.E. Downunder - it's wonderful to finally smell rain, hear it falling on the roof and see puddles lying around

When you live in a dry tropics zone like mine, Janeplant, puddles are an exquisite sight after a very long dry season. I rather like the thought of puddles as the world's mirrors.

When you live in a part of the world where puddles are daily occurrence you do not appreciate them as much, Especially when the skies are grey and the wind is blowing. Time to go somewhere hot and sunny. So , here we are enjoying the sunshine in Mexico leaving the puddles behind.
It does not look like it is very cold in N.E. Downunder , Bernieh and your puddle looks so invting to jump in with bare feet. Lovely photo reflecting the light and the circles of drops .

I can imagine that you would not be so appreciative of rain if it's falling almost every day, Klahanie. Here it's a very different story, but I do have to admit that when we're in the middle of a very, very heavy wet season, even I can get sick of the rain!
It's not cold at all here either right now as summer is beginning. Actually we don't get freezing cold temps even during our wintertime.
