Our 'new' 70's vintage Atco lawnmower 09.07
For McNeil ..... here she is, our trusty mower.
To explain, last summer Paul and I decided to pool our mowing resources ....... between us we had six machines ( including a rusted ride-on, electrically faulty hover, weak-wheeled modern rechargeable and rip-cord petrol which I rarely could start) none of which were reliable. So we replaced them with a vintage rechargeable, so old it runs on car batteries. It was love at first sight and does a better job than any of the others but it weighs a ton. It is a good work-out mowing our four lawns :-D

Cant beat the finish they give but you must have fairly level lawns otherwise this would be real hernia territory!

Lovely old machine.I'm definitely getting a push along ,especially as my old Flymo petrol is getting temperamental.Nothing more frustrating than wanting to mow the lawn and the machine not co-operating.
