Echinacea pallida its 3rd summer and I still dont see any merit in this flower

I think I know what you mean..it doesn't seem to have a lot going for it,after three years,does it ? unless its a very very slow starter !

The flowers are supposed to look like that and droop when fully open Bloomer but it does not float my boat.
