I like this very much, I love big beds as I think they make a garden look much bigger as the eye is taken up with the interesting plants.

So often us with small gardens keep the planting and designs small and it really does make the area appear much smaller than it is.
Years ago i tried thinking big and the effects are amazing !!!

Yes I too found the bigger the bed the better the plant also it is great not to be able to see all the garden at the same time if you have to walk around it does seem bigger. The original gardeners on TV showed quite small neat flower beds with very green lawns I blame them lol

I like the big beds, they seem to soften the overall look of the garden.
