sorry your backs not any better , we have a Tempura bed which has a memory foam mattress , it has helped enormously with my back also before we had it Tony was beginning to get a painful hip which the mattress seems to have cured it doesnt hurt as much as before ...
My garden is open to a small town horticultural society tonight so as you can imagine I'm running in circles trying to make it look nice . !!! ...Help.....

Hi Amy, I really must look at these beds/mattresses, lots of positive comments must be right.
How did your open gardening evening go, Im sure the visitors were well impressed.
