I have a small lily in my pond too, Jacque, but haven't seen any sign of the leaves yet.

My lily seems 2 be doing well@mo Xela its got 7 leafs growing all together :)il take some pics & up load them l8r :)

My pond is slow to wake in the Spring, Jacque. It is shaded from the sun by the house and boundary fence to the south & east until the sun gets quite high in the sky. So it doesn't warm up as early as many ponds. The marsh marigolds are in flower and the iris shoots are about 3 - 4" so it wont be long before the lily pushes up through the oxygenators.

OMG it dont look real its so Prfect:O Iv a water lily in my pond only now growing its leaves itl be a red flower:)
