The Family Apple Tree is three eating apples grafted on to a semi-dwarfing root stock. I planted it about 4 or 5 years ago. The buds are breaking and the colour of the blossom showing.

Not many, Janette, but my son, daughter and I have different preferences when it comes to apples and it does match these quite well. I like a cox type of apple and I believe it produced more of these last autumn than either of the others.
See who else is growing Malus domestica (Vistabile).
See who else has plants in genus Malus.
