Hummingbirds in New Mexico, Waiting in Line...

Hummingbirds in New Mexico, Waiting in Line...

The feeder was right by this fence. They'd line up & take a rest before trying to get back in at the feeder. I count 7 here, probably two or three species. The red one is a male Rufous.

Thanks Louise - unfortunately it's not my garden, but a friend's who lives in the cabin in the background. I went down to New Mexico in July. The feeder food is a mix of 1 part white suger to 4 parts water. They love it!
