good question David!
we freeze them, make chutney, apple sauce, and give the little ones to a friend's horse! Oh and of course, we eat them in tarts, crumbles etc.
I am looking for a recipe for "apple butter" - I think I saw one on Saturday Kitchen.. Can anyone help?
Dont know the name of the tree, but its a lovely apple, needs no sugar.
We had another one but thats been trimmed right down, think its got canker.
