About me

Gardening heroes, Geoff Hamilton and Christopher LLoyd. Cockney by birth but have lived on the North West coast since 1988. Moved to this house in 2008, it has a small (36ftL x 18ftW) south facing garden which I cleared to a blank canvas. I should say that the only plant that has stayed from the previous owner is a stunning wisteria across the back wall of the house (to which I've added a clematis and honeysuckle). I'm into the cottage garden style, old roses, hardy geraniums, astrantias etc. and keen to encourage wildlife.
