Having reached the ripe old age of 45 and hating anything that resembles gardening to date, I recently had a “grow your own” chilli kit from my daughter for my birthday. Since then, I am hooked! I cannot get enough of growing my own herbs, border plants, courgettes, cucumbers and vegetables. I am now addicted to learning as much as I can… By the way, I have now grown over 35 varieties of chilli plant indoors and out, they make lovely gifts, but some are so hot, I give them with a warning!
