New fence part 2

The reason I am sitting upstairs on the computer is that the boys are doing the fence now and I have already heard a crash and I am scared to go and investigate, what shall I do ? Well I am going to stay here until they have finished and waste even more time on this lovely website !! Do I need excuses ? Never. :~)

I think the cower in the corner is the best way to prevent permanent heart damage! I dont know how to intimidate work men so I normally just feed them biscuits while they wreck my plants.

We just had dad and stepson here today (not related) to replace one broken and two steamed up double glazed units. The workman was very surprised we wanted it to rain!! Our 3 butts are empty, but gardeners like a bit of rain every so often. No worries here.....very good at the job of replacing misty glass. One job done and lots to go......expensive.
I agree with you Grandmage......very time consuming this website and fascinating. Hello and Welcome to GoY.

I must say the two men consisted of my hubby and the guy next door so no shirts off and defo. no tattoos!! I did trust them, sort of, at least it saved some cash, more to spend on plants now!
Thanks everyone.

Work people don't understand plants. It's best to get them in the winter if you can, or move as many plants out of harm's way as possible. I hope they didn't cause too much damage.
