Any plant that likes shade is always welcome in my garden Holly, but only one kind of Vinca gets in, and this is it!

That's lovely Karen! Where did you buy it from, if you don't mind me asking?

A, I bought it at Evergreen nursery, South Kingennie....it's a lovely little nursery owned by two really helpful and friendly lads. A great find.

I spent years trying to eliminate a rampant one from the front garden, pretty blue flowers but it popped up everywhere. This one would look nice in my back garden shady corner(behind the seat). I'm looking to have a bit of a re-plant with ferns there.

That sounds just ideal plant partners, Annella. It will look good with the purple/ blue flowers scattered like little jewels! I'm putting Nigella with ferns this year!

I have some nigella seeds Helenium, that would look nice!

I like Nigella, the flowers are just beautiful! If you have seeds already Annella, would save some money for something else!

Yes, they will grow pretty much anywhere I think! I also love Nigella. I have a small clump that I am allowing to self seed.
