Seems to be 3 different colour variations in the 25 corms of Sparaxis. Put into 5 pots, pot 2 contains the only white/pink one.

Aren't they pretty. First time I have grown them. I will feed, then lift the pot after the foliage has died down and keep dry over winter, as they are South African plant, I believe.

Saw Sparaxis in Dottydaisy's real garden originally. Liked them. Easily obtained in the UK in packets in Spring in one of our chain stores.

Every one of mine (last year) was orange! They are not yet in flower this year. They were a free gift from a garden centre with my loyalty card.

Wildrose, don't look a gift horse in the mouth, even if it's orange!

What else?
See who else is growing Sparaxis tricolor (Harlequin Flower).
See who else has plants in genus Sparaxis.
This photo is of "Sparaxis tricolour mix" in Siris's garden

Beautiful Siris and a bit of a result for me as I have two orange flowers the same out at the moment. Can't think where they came from, must have been a mixed lot from Wilko or some such.
