I love this idea Dd....My bins are in a very sunny spot and this would be perfect....:>)

Thanks Motty I hate seeing the bins, so this was the best idea we could come up with, we will put some sort of door on, when we can make up our minds what to use!!

Wonderful!

That's a great idea Dotty, having three big bins to hide is a nightmare :o)

Great idea - it looks brilliant.
I'd love to disguise my bins - the trouble is where they are is very near when my son reverses his car onto the drive - he's smashed too many pots for me to try anything else!!!

Looks great but how do you open the lids?

25 Jul, 2013

Drc there is enough room underneath to open the lids, if needs be the bins can be pulled out....
Scottish oh dear, a bit of a problem !!
K and A thanks, when we have the garden open visitors have to walk past the bins, so we wanted to do something interesting for them to look at, as they pass by!!

The more I look at this the more I really like this idea, just struck me that it could also be portable.

great way to disguise the bins. are the doors on yet?

Go for it Tet.......Fran not as yet, still deciding the design, rather complicated, because the one bin sits on a drain cover which we need to lift at regular intervals........dont ask!!
