Your not catching me this time. I now know that they are garden peas.
My tomato's finally emerged and although not quite as advanced as yours all is now well in the greenhouse.

I think that they have gone mad this week Toto because the greenhouse is in sun all day. In fact I hade to put the shading up yesterday because it was so hot,....now its freezing again................happy days........

Milky:

It sounds like up and down weather. We may be getting some of that weather this weekend. This whole week has been warm...and now this Sunday we're suppose to get a strong storm. We'll see...as I heard this too many times before and it rarely happens.

You have a lot of vegetables in your greenhouse...do you sell or eat them? How hot does it get in there?

We eat most of them Andy, but I do grow tomatoes for other people as well, thats why there are so many. We have had really good weather this week, but have , like you been warned a change is on the way....I have actually had to put shading up on the greenhouse now as its reaching up to 36 degrees C in there by early afternoon. My poor little seedling all sighed with relief he he he ............At night I keep it to 9ish degrees.......

Milky:

That's the best vegetables - home grown! I do grow many vegetable (egg plant, crookneck squash, peppers) and fruits (Bananas, Papayas, Mango) also.

I'm glad you're receiving nice warm weather now...it'll make the plants produce faster.

My little hot-house where I start seeds has been getting very hot also...up to 104 degrees F / 40 degrees C. ...that' with shade cloth in a fairly shaded part of my yard (or my seedling would burn up). However, most of my seedlings love the heat.

We didn't get hit with the "big storm" that the meteorologist said we would have today...I'm not surprise! LOL! This whole week we are suppose to have Summer-like weather, which isn't too unusual.

Lucky you Andy, ours is on the point of turning cold again, but that is not unusual for March.........Glad the storm passed you by..............I have actually planted a mango stone to see if I could get it to go, and it is just pushing itself out of the top of the compost, so Im hoping something is happening.....Not that I know anything about its needs to be healthy....ant tips there?
