Dying tree

Dying tree

This a a six year old tree (? - or very large shrub!) which I recently moved from my back garden to the front. It now appears to be dying (or dead).
Anybody know what it is and, maybe, what can be done to save it?

It was a Cordyline Australis... by the looks of it...... it may have had it. So sorry about that.

If you scroll down to letter C at the bottom of the page, click on to Cordylines and scroll on down, there is a wealth of information on these.

Thanks to Michaella and Shirley tulip for your advice. We'll look at a replacement!

Take heart, we moved here 9 years ago, brought 3 Cordylines in pots, when they outgrew them, we planted them in the ground and now they're around 10ft. tall ! Good luck with a new one.
