Oh thats awful, I get it and feel rotten. A night light in your bedroom is recommended, so as you are not in complete darkness and I find it helps, also do not put your head backwards if you can avoid it. Look after yourself, I do hope you are better soon.

I had it last year its awful, the tablets helped but you know those travel wrist bands from Boots? They helped too.......and my peppermint tea for the nausea
